Your app requirements will be reviewed, along with your business objectives and timeline. Then we will translate the time needed to build the functionalities of your app into hours.

We also put the complexity of your app our experience in building similar products into consideration when preparing estimates.

Once you fill the contact form on our website or send an email to [email protected], we will contact you with a few questions regarding your project and timeline. To ensure confidentiality, you can request for a Non-Disclosure Agreement before sharing any sensitive information.

You will need to describe your app and the problem you are trying to solve with the app. If you have done a competitor analysis, you can also share it with us. The more details you share, the better we understand your needs and requirements. 

You will receive your estimates in a slide presentation. The details will contain the following;

• The scope of initial and subsequent releases.
• the team composition (Android, iOS, Web, QA Testers, UI/UX, etc.)
• estimated number of hours, rates, and total estimated cost.
• Information on the technical implementation of your app.
• Suggested choice of technology and architecture.
• Software development methodology.

The estimation timeline depends on the size and complexity of the project and the amount of information available.
The time needed can take a few days to 3 weeks, you can contact us to ask any question during this process.

Not all project estimates meet our customer’s expectations. But we care about every project and put a lot of effort into helping you. If the scope of a project exceeds your budget, you start with an MVP, by prioritising the features that solve your user’s immediate need.
An MVP saves money and development time. It also enables you to get feedback from your users and make improvements based on their needs.

A dedicated team will be allocated to your project from the kickoff date. You can choose to collaborate with them via a dedicated Slack channel we create for customer collaboration. This will give you full access to every member of the development team for you to ask questions and give feedback.

After your warranty elapses, we offer an optional annual maintenance contract that cost between 15 – 25% of the total cost of building the app. 

Since SLA support is a dedicated service, the cost starts from NGN200,000 (USD500) per month. We also negotiate a flat annual rate for small projects that do not require a dedicated team to support.
